Monday 20th July,
To Year 4 children and parents,
Well the summer holidays is nearly upon us and your time in Year 4 is coming to an end. I am very sad that we didn't get to complete the year all together, but I am looking forward to seeing many of you on Wednesday. You have worked so hard, both in school and at home and you should be proud of your achievements. You will all be superstars in Year 5, I have no doubt about that.
I would also like to thank all Year 4 parents for your support during the year. It hasn't been easy for many of you, juggling work and home schooling and I appreciate all of the help that you have given your children. I hope you get some rest during the holidays!
I have set some work for this week and the holidays. There isn't too much, but it is something to keep you going! There are two summer revision booklets, one for Maths and one for English. There is also an Egyptians project for you to have a go at. These are intended to be completed either this week or when it suits you over the holidays.
I hope you all have a wonderful few weeks and I look forward to seeing how much all of you have grown in September!!
Best wishes,
Mrs Simon
