Week 4 Ecology
We looked at different native birds. We learnt that some birds fly away on holiday in winter and some birds stay here. We learnt that birds need our help in winter. We made bird cakes from suet, mealworms, sunflower seeds and Shreddies. We counted out different amounts of ingredients. We used capacity vocabulary 'empty', ' half- full' and ' full'.
