Run up and own the stairs 5 times. Have 30 seconds rest.

Do 10 star jumps. Have 30 seconds rest.

Do 5 burpees. Have a 30 second rest.

Do 5 push ups. Stay on your knees if this is too difficult. 

Do 6  frog jumps. Have a rest.

Run 5 times round the garden (depending on size). Have a short rest.

Do 10 step ups using the stairs. Then have a short rest.

Go down into position of the bench. Hold for 30 seconds and repeat 5 times.

 

Have a 5 minute rest and repeat.
