Hello Year 1's, parents and carers,
I hope that you have managed to have a rest over the weekend. This week we are going to be reading a text which is on the Oxford Owl website. The login is on the letter on websites for parents.
We will be reading the text called The Protecto. If I have put 2 activities on one day for English that is because one is a little harder than the other. On Monday the children will be cutting and sorting pictures and words with the soft and hard c sound. One activity has the sorting sheet separate from it and the other is included on the same document. The Maths focus will be on shape and pattern this week and I will put some extra extension activities as some days there are not many pages to complete. I'm looking forward to another productive week and I take my hat off to you all for your amazing support of the children.
