MATHS: Sing the number rhyme, 'One, Two, Three , Four ,Five, Once I Caught A Fish Alive'. Encourage your child to talk about their age. Can they recognise the numeral 3 or 4? Can they count 3 (or 4) items and place the correct numeral next to it?
PHONICS: Find four to six familiar items which make a noise. Show and discuss the noises with your child. Hide the items, then choose one and make its noise. Can your child identify the sound?
OTHER LEARNING: Name recognition and writing. Support your child to recognise their written name. Support your child to mark make using felts and paint.
On a soft surface, can your child balance in different ways? How many and for how long? Can your child beat their 'personal best'?
