Learning Challenge Work- Are All Reds The Same?
Look for red items round the house. What do you notice? (Different tone/ tint)
Using red, white and black paint, explore how to make different coloured reds. Aim to hold paintbrush using 'tripod' grip
Maths- Sorting 'Logi Block' shapes using different properties (I suggest you cut out from paper different sized and coloured 2D shapes: square, triangle, rectangle and circle)
Phonics- Talking about sounds we can hear outside-are they loud or quiet, fast or slow?
'Finish The Rhyme' Choose 3 favourite nursery rhymes, e.g. Humpty Dumpty; Twinkle, Twinkle and One, Two, Three, Four, Five. Stop as you come to the final word in the rhyme, encourage your child to fill the gap.
