The children were thrilled to find carrots growing in our garden area. After harvesting them, we counted the carrots and compared sizes. We noticed the carrots had green leaves and stalks which the children do not normally see on carrots from supermarkets. Later, we washed the carrots and took them home for our tea and any lucky pet rabbits.
We are very proud of how well the children performed in our Harvest Festival. They all looked fantastic in their hats.
