Geography task 2:
We will be looking at some volcanoes around the world, using Google earth. We will also be learning about the words 'active', 'dormant', and 'extinct'.
Your task is to research one active volcano, one dormant volcano and one extinct volcano. Write a paragraph about each (when did it last erupt? Did it cause a lot of damage? Is it a composite or shield volcano?) and either draw a picture of each or print pictures from the internet to illustrate your work. This should be completed in your small topic books (purple)
