WORLD BOOK DAY

-  Don't forget to dress up as a word. We will play 'Guess the Word' to try and work out which word each person is representing 

- There will be no formal Maths session today as we will be taking part in various WBD activities during our morning sessions.

- 'Share a Book' bring a book to our second session to share with the class (tell us what it's about and why you chose it).

- Class competition: Design a bookmark (there will be prizes given out next week) Use the template provided or create your own.

Early work - SPAG mat (3 levels to choose from, answers included)

English - Write a blurb to tell people about The Lost Happy Endings.

There will be no afternoon zoom session as I will be in school preparing for our return next week. The children have two tasks to complete during the afternoon, which I will explain to them during our morning session.

Task 1 - English: Design a book cover for The Lost Happy Endings. Add an illustration, the book title and a blurb (a plain piece of paper will be needed for this activity). We will use these to make our own books over the next few weeks in school so take your time and do a really good job.  

Task 2 - Computing: Complete the Internet Safety activity on Purple Mash.
