Year 6 enjoyed a rather chilly day in Styal! They took part in orienteering and map reading, compared aspects of Styal village to Hale Barns and then carried out a variety of investigations at the river.  The National Trust guides were most impressed with the children's knowledge and their enthusiasm for the topic!
